sponsoring the Floor Plan, your logo will feature on the large 'You are here' boards,
in the Fair Guide and on the floor plan included in every exhibitor pack.

Presentations at our events are always incredibly popular, both with visitors and
exhibitors. The opportunity to conduct a presentation is free, but, in addition
to this, you can ensure your prominence throughout the Fair.
The package includes sponsorship of the two large presentations programmes at the
Fair, the programme as printed in the Fair Guide and included in the exhibitor packs.

This is a great way to brand yourself ahead of your competitors. Bags are given
to all visitors with the Fair Guide and Insert for the duration of the event on
both days.
We have several bag options ranging from plain white to cotton tote bags, and you
would be able to insert a flyer in each bag. If you are able to provide your own
bags, the cost of exclusively distributing this is open to negotiation.

at the event at registration alongside the free Fair Guide.

A prize draw is a great way to raise interest in your organisation among visitors,
and can make more visitors come to your stand. Past prizes have ranged from vouchers,
to iPods, to payment of course fees - it's up to you!
The prize draw will be advertised on the website, in promotional emails to visitors
and in the Fair Guide.

We can also produce a free standing
sign for you which will be positioned near the main entrance to remind visitors
to visit your stand.

The Careers Group porters are on-the-day staff who help throughout the exhibition.
They are highly visible, assisting with all aspects of the Fair, also helped by
their magenta t-shirts (The Careers Group brand colour) which are available for
sponsorship.

We email our database of over 30,000 students who sign up to receive our JobAlert
emails. These emails can be split up into area of career interest, or degree discipline.
Sponsoring these emails is a great way to reach your target audience before the
event. You can include up to 50 words of text and a url.

We email all our pre-registered visitors regularly with updates, tips and useful
information. Sponsoring this email is a great way to reach your target audience
before the event. You can include up to 100 words of text, banner or logo and url.
PRICE PER MAILING: £250 + VAT
Hung from the Gallery Level, these 6mx1m banners are visible from all parts of the
event and can be great by themselves or as an additional marketing tool to support
another promotion.
