Deliveries and Collections
Please make the appropriate arrangements to have your items delivered on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 October ONLY. We strongly advise that items are delivered on Monday 17 October, build-up day; the Events Team will be onsite to collect deliveries between 9am and 5pm. Smaller deliveries may be made on the morning of Tuesday 18 October, however please bear in mind that your stand must be set up by 11.30am, and we will not allow couriers and trolleys onto the floor after this time.

Packages should be clearly labelled with:

  • The London Graduate Fair from The Careers Group and TARGETjobs.co.uk
  • Your company name
  • Your stand number
  • The total number of boxes (eg. 1 of 6)
  • A contact name and number, if possible

Couriers delivering items should report to the Loading Bay entrance on Liverpool Road (directly behind the venue). They will then be asked to take deliveries directly to the relevant stand. Our team of porters will be available to assist couriers and sign for deliveries. Delivery passes for the Loading Bay can be found here. Deliveries cannot be accepted at the main entrance or reception of the Business Design Centre.

Your stand staff can gain access to the venue on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 October through the main entrance to the Business Design Centre; you do not need ID or badges, simply explain to Front of House that you are exhibiting at the event. Your Fair Liaison Officer will provide you with blank name badges on Wednesday before the event opens.

All items must be collected from your stand between 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday 18 October. Please ensure you bring with you the details of your courier arrangements, as we will need to collect this information in case there are any problems. You will receive labels to mark any boxes which are being collected after you leave the venue. A team of porters will be available during breakdown to help you carry items from your stand. They are easily identifiable in magenta t-shirts. We ask you to be patient during busy times as there are limited numbers of porters and trolleys.

As part of your stand package you are entitled to an Online Fair Guide profile. This information will be collected from you when you register your stand requirements through Interfase; if you have any queries please contact Alex Reynolds-Cocroft, Events Officer on events@careers.lon.ac.uk.
On the day visitors will also receive a flyer containing the exhibitor list, presentations programme and floorplan.
