At the last fair in June, we introduced barcode scanning for exhibitors to capture the data of the visitors who went to their stands, and we are delighted to be able to offer you this facility again.

The handheld barcode scanners are easy to use and will scan the barcode on the badge that all visitors will receive as they enter the fair. You can programme your scanner with up to 40 different codes, so you are able to categorise visitors to your stand in order to contact them appropriately after the fair, for example, your categories could be:

* Send more information after the fair
* Invite to attend next open day
* Consider for next assessment centre
* Invite for interview

After the fair, Show Data will send you the data you have captured, usually within 24 hours, so this easy to use system negates the need to collect bits of paper, CVs, application forms and business cards at the fair.
