Exhibition stands

All the exhibitor stands are located on the Mezzanine level, which can be reached via each of the centrally located staircases down from the Gallery level (balcony level).

The Careers Group Zone and The Guardian Sessions Room

The Careers Group Zone (CV Surgery, Bookshop, Cyber Cafe, Jobshop) and The Guardian Sessions Room can all be found on the Ground Floor level, which is accessed via the main staircase at the front of the exhibition hall nearest the main entrance.

Presentation Rooms

The Careers Group Presentation Rooms A, B, D and E and the Employer Presentation Room C can all be found on the Gallery level (balcony level). Follow the signs past the red telephone box on the balcony level by the staircase.

Toilets

Toilets can be found on all levels at the Business Design Centre. The toilets are located either in each corner of the building, or centrally on either side of the main exhibition hall.

Cloakroom

Bags and coats can be left in the Cloakroom on the Ground Floor near the Registration Desk at a charge of £1 per item. The Cloakroom will be manned throughout the opening hours of the Fair (12pm - 6pm).

Lost Property

Any lost or found items will be handed in to the Organisers Office so please check here if you have lost something. Any items that are not collected will be taken back to our office at Stewart House. If you discover you have lost something after the Fair has closed, you can contact us on 020 7863 6050 to see if it has been handed in to us.

Please do not leave your belongings unattended at any time. Any items that are found unattended may be moved, and possibly destroyed, by the venue's security team.

Refreshments

The Gallery Cafe on the first floor (balcony level) will be open throughout the Fair serving drinks, sandwiches and a selection of hot and cold food.
