Delivering stand materials

You can deliver stand materials to the Business Design Centre on Tuesday 19 June 2012 from 9am - 5pm. The Events Team will be onsite to sign for deliveries. If you are booking a courier to drop off your materials please instruct him/her to go to the Loading Bay entrance on Liverpool Road, directly behind the Business Design Centre. They will need delivery passes to gain entry (download below). A team of porters will direct couriers up to the relevant exhibition stand and sign for items. Smaller items may be delivered on Wednesday 20 June, from 8.30am - 11.30am.

Set up

On both Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 June, all stands must be set up by 11.30am for a final risk assessment. No trolleys or couriers will be allowed onto the exhibition floor after this time.

Overnight Storage for Fair Day 2

There is limited storage space available in Room 118 at the Business Design Centre for larger items such as stand containers and items needed for the second day of the fair only. Please inform the Events Team when you arrive which items you would like storing in Room 118; space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Collection of stand materials

Stand materials must be collected between 5pm - 8pm on Thursday 21 June.  Our tenancy ends on 21 June so all materials must be removed by 8pm. Please ensure you have with you your courier details as we will need to collect this information from during the event. We will also provide you with labels to mark boxes that are being collected after you have left the venue.
