STAND PACKAGE
As part of your stand package, you may opt for some or all of the following items at no additional charge:
Shell scheme walls and ceiling – this provides you with a built structure for your stand; most exhibitors will require shell scheme (unless they are hiring external contractors to build a stand) and should select this option through Interfase. Most pop-up and roller exhibition banners will fit under the shell scheme which measures 2.35m high.
Furniture Package – this consists of a table, chairs, a lockable cabinet and a bin. It will be possible to remove unnecessary items from the package on build up day.
Lighting – general purpose spot light attached to front ceiling grid of stand.
Power Socket - one 500W power socket in corner or on back wall of stand.
Fascia Name Panel – attached to front of stand; you will be asked at a later stage how you would like your name to appear on the name panel.
Lunch Tickets - exhibitors receive a certain number of allocated lunch tickets on fair days dependent on the size of your stand:
4-6sqm = 2 tickets per day; 8-9sqm = 3 tickets per day; 10+sqm = 4 tickets per day.
Additional tickets are priced at £23.30 + VAT each and must be requested through Interfase in advance of the fair. Invoices are sent after the fair; it is not possible to refund unused tickets
YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR STAND REQUIREMENTS THROUGH INTERFASE AND ACTIVELY SELECT WHICH OF THESE ITEMS YOU WISH TO HAVE ON YOUR STAND BY FRIDAY 18 MAY 2012.
If you do not select these items through Interfase in advance, they will not be available to you on fair day.
